End-of-the-season feedback form!

Thank you for participating in Hayati’s inaugural year! Big changes are coming next year, and I hope to create a program that can better serve you. If you want to try the new program out, expect monthly worksheets and more prompts and more connectivity with fellow participents! It will be launching in early 2025.

I’ve created this form to collect feedback from you, and also to collect info from those hoping to share the seeds they grew through the Hayati & Reyhan Herb Farm network. Please fill it out by January 10th, 2025!

And because forms can be finicky, I recommend saving a copy of your answers in a separate place in case the webpage reloads!

To sell seed through Hayati, you need to ensure that you grew and collected seed from 20+ plant individuals, and that your seed did not cross-pollinate with other plants of the same variety. There are some more requirements, but we'll get to those in a follow-up email.

The goal of Hayati is to create community proficiency in heritage seed saving. Do you have any ideas for how future iterations of this program can help you/others?
